Roman Shades

Vignette Modern Roman Shades are manufactured by Hunter Douglas. The Vignette Modern Roman Shades come in 12 styles: The Grasslands Collection, Heather, Shantung, Linen Weave, Lyon, Mosaic, India Silk, Satin Stripe, Satin Weave, Sheer Linen, Twill, and Vintage Scroll.

They are designed to work with every type of décor imanageable wither it be formal, contemporary or casual. Like all Hunter Douglas products they are designed to be easy to use and durable and now are available with the Top-Down/Bottom-Up lift system, the PowerRise remote control option, or the Home Automation upgrade.

All of the Roman Shades are made of woven fabric the is sewn to a knit fabric that are either folded in three inch sections or optional four inch folded sections. Optionally a room darkening or black-out backing can be added for rooms that need increased light reduction.

Vignette Modern Roman Shades are designed to work inside the frame or outside the fame to shade the sun, or set a formal mood when pulled down. With the unique contoured folds that resemble elegant drapery Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades are a touch above the finest shades available anywhere.

If a more casual or relaxed mood is needed the shades can be lifted to the up position to provide an unobstructed view of the outside so you can enjoy the spring view. For a romantic view the shades may be artificially lit or the soft light from a sunset can be used to produce a private and inviting warm glow to highlight the occasion.

The fabrics developed for Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades are 100% polyester and come in twelve styles. Each Roman shade comes complete with a neutral fabric backing for a uniform exterior appearance. All fabrics are available for purchase by the yard to use as a swag or other top treatment and allow coordination of your window shadings with other custom furnishings.
